For cancellations made more than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, we will refund 100% of any payments made. For cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival, we will refund 90% of payments made, provided that a replacement rental is found. If the villa is re-rented part of the time, you will be refunded on a prorated basis. We will make every effort to re-rent your time.
