What makes Lunazul Villa and Lunazul Cottage so special?
Both homes can accommodate up to 4 guests. Each consists of 2 air conditioned Bedrooms with en suite Baths. These two homes can be rented separately or together, if available, to accommodate up to 8 guests total. Both are completely separate and private from one another other than the shared wide paved driveway. You will find this the perfect place from which to launch your daily beach, hiking, water sports and shopping adventures! Located on the lush slopes of Bordeaux Mountain, the elevation allows for unobstructed views over Coral Bay to St John’s East End and into the British Virgin Islands.
The Villa and Cottage are built with high-end materials. The furnishings and interior design incorporate beautiful, earthy colors and textures in a layout that defines a comfortable and luxurious home.
The Villa even includes a stunning and intimate pool with a refreshing outdoor shower, having ample room for guests to catch the early day sun or just take in the stunning views!
Island stonework, an extra wide driveway and parking area and lush tropical plantings compliment the green, blue and rust tones of Lunazul’s exterior.
These beautiful homes are solar powered with battery-back up, a generator, and have a UV water filtration system. No worries about frequent power outages and no need for plastic water bottles.
Amenities: Both Lunazul Villa and Lunazul Cottage have Weber gas grills for your convenience. We supply beach chairs, towels, and coolers for your stay. Also, there is a clothes washer/dryer available in each house.
Location
Lunazul is a short drive to the Coral Bay shops, restaurants, bars, grocery/market below. Convenient for trips to St John’s famous North Shore beaches like Trunk and Maho, and centrally located from East End, Haulover, and Hansen Bay as well points South to Salt Pond, Drunk Bay and Lameshur Bay beach.
